Lauren is the nicest and most patient person. I feel very comfortable at this salon. I was so embarrassed the first time I visited. I colored my hair at home for over 10 years. I finally got tired of battling my abundant grey hair every 3 weeks and tried to lighten it myself - I have naturally very thick, coarse, dark hair - not the type of hair one should attempt to lighten at home. Needless to say, I destroyed it. Lauren is helping me transition to my natural hair and still working through the repair process. I am very happy I ended up here. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
