Here is an honest review of this barbershop and Mike as an owner. The shop itself is very unique. It has one chair and one barber. As soon as you walk in the door, you will immediately relax. The shop is a little bit like a museum. It tells you about a man and his hobbies.

The common thread of the shop and its owner is one word, simple. If you are looking to be flattered or patronized, this is not the shop for that. Mike will give you an honest haircut at a fair price and a warm conversation.

If you need more than that, have your mom cut your hair.“

“Great spot, old school craftsmanship, will take care of you. I read a review that suggested for the 50+ crowd, not sure I'd agree with that. It does have a more classic feel which I personally find preferable. They do "generally" only cut by appointment, but they will fit you in if they can on a walk-in basis.“

“My son and I just walked out of Sports Clips after getting a haircut. We have always gone to the Sports Clips. ( I have 3 boys). The new male stylist they hired did a complete hack job on my son‘s hair. I am not a professional and I could’ve done a better job. It’s like a four year old took scissors to his hair. Do not let the male stylist cut your hair or your child’s hair.
With that said, another stylist fixed my son’s hair and they gave me a coupon for a free haircut. I was VERY IMPRESSED by how they fixed the mistake that was made on my son’s hair! Thank you. “The guy was perfect. Asked me one time what I wanted and that's it. Got to work giving me a basic mid fade. I was off my chair in 14 mins. This is the perfect experience. Barbers need to stop chatting so much and hugging everyone that walks in. No more $45/45 min haircuts for me.“
