Since 2018, I have been visiting the Elgin location. Service is great. All stylists are very courteous and friendly. I have always used their MVP program. Great value. Just one suggestion, to improve the system to track the MVP tickets( if ownership can contact me, I do have a great solution). Special shout out to Olivia and Suzie.

Went there for my haircut, staff is courteous and told me about promotional MVP. Olivia listened to every detail as to how I want my haircut and beard trim. I would definitely recommend
