By far the best barber shop around. Great service and professional work. Tremendously low prices. I mean you can't beat a $12 professional cut. I've been coming here for years! I may try a different place but I always come back to salon 31. I have never been disappointed from a cut from Millie. Top notch barber shop. They treat you like family there!

I am a regular at salon 31. I go here because I am a single mom of boys. They offer $8 hair cuts and do a decent job. If you are looking for a decent cut but cant afford it , go to salon 31.

I can't say enough about this place, I've been going there for years and eventhough not every haircut is A+ they deliver some great cuts more often than not and for the price and speed it is totally worth it!!!
