“I needed a new water heater installed called Inspector Plumber. Michelle quickly returned my call to schedule appointment for the first available time the next morning. Ian, the plumber that installed the new water heater did an excellent job. Michelle and Ian conducted themselves in a professional manner and provided excellent customer service.”
“Jacob was very polite, professional, informative, and thorough. He went, in my opinion, beyond the job requested by me to insure the job be done correctly this time as I've had 2 previous plumbers prior to Jacob's call w/I the past 2 yrs. Very thorough, having to climb into my crawl space to investigate the issue further. I was very pleased with his obliging me with my desire to have the job done correctly and he was very pleasant. Thank you.”
