Tech was really nice but the prices were INSANE. I understand not giving estimates based on what a customer thinks is wrong but when you know you charge to diagnose a toilet then that price should be disclosed. It was $359 to pull a toilet up and diagnose it plus $500 if it was blocked plus $300 for a new flange.
Update: Austin called and refunded our service call and offered to come out to and install a new toilet which we learned is what we needed if we purchased the toilet and had it on site. He was really good to work with. We don't expect to get something for nothing. We simply couldn't afford the quotes we were given and preferred not to have someome come...read full review
I had cardinal plumbing come to a home I work at and test our backflow so we could have all our ducks in a line in case we were inspected. Tyler Embrich failed us for both test but he explained everything to me like no one ever has before and made eye contact with me the entire time he did so, and never said uh, or I think, or anything that would make home seem less professional. I was impressed and when he comes back I am sure we will pass because he will make it work right . Thanks cardinal plumbing !
Cardinal Plumbing did an excellent job on my water heater replacement. Every team member I spoke with and that worked on diagnostics and the actual replacement was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. When they presented the 3 different options for replacement, they explained the options well.
I appreciate I was able to speak with someone on the first call and set up an appointment right then.
