Cardinal Plumbing Co. is a residential plumbing service company serving the Madison & Macoupin county area. Founded on faith, family, honesty, and excellence, they are committed to meeting their customers' needs. While there was some confusion around septic tanks, their technicians were described as professional, prompt, and honest in their work. Customers appreciated the friendly service and the excellent communication throughout their experience.
The company has made efforts to improve customer interactions by sending text messages with the technician's photo and contact information before appointments and following up for scheduling. Technicians, including Austin, have been noted for their thorough investigation of issues and clear explanations of options, enhancing customer satisfaction. Although there was a specific case involving a sewer grinder connection that required external help, the owner reached out to ensure the situation was addressed. Overall, customers have expressed their satisfaction with the quality of service and would recommend Cardinal Plumbing Co. for their plumbing needs.
Tyler and Brennan were wonderful! They were able to get everything done quickly and efficiently and We are so happy with the results. They communicated what was going on and answered all of our questions. I would recommend Cardinal plumbing if you have any bathroom remodels or plumbing fixes that need done. We had a wonderful experience with them.
Received call that service could arrive earlier, which is great. Very polite and knowable. Let me talk about what the problem is and what I had done the previous day. Nick fixed the problem. Did multiple tests to check everything and was on his way in a very short time. Price was exceptional. I expected much more. I am very pleased with Cardinal Plumbing.
Jacob White and Corbin Darden were professional and polite. I’m very satisfied with the work they did replacing my water heater. I also appreciate Nick Hill taking the time to put together a workable package to replace my water heater. I didn’t feel any pressure from him to take any unnecessary services or products.
