“At 78 years old I've been to the dentist a number of times. I have to say, this was the best experience I've had at a dentist office.
It wasn't the fact that I was treated like you actually cared. I was there for a cleaning (way down on the list of importance) and treated as if I were in for a serious problem. This is what keeps me coming back for as many years as I have.
