The office staff is always polite and professional and very willing to answer questions. They welcome new patients and those needing emergency care. While some note appointments may not start on time, the experience is otherwise great. They provide reasonable fees and exceptional service, making patients feel they will not go anywhere else.

Dr. Rice is phenomenal. She is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful and quick to help fix any problem! Her staff is always friendly and engaging. She takes time and care and make sure that people are OK with what they’re going through. Cannot highly recommend this place enough! I will be a loyal customer forever.

Great place. Terrible time management. My appointment never starts on time. It's tough to budget time after the appt since you don't know when you'll get out. But once you're back there it's a good experience.

Visiting from out of state, I lost a 45-year-old crown. I called Pine Glen on a family recommendation. They took me the next day, got my crown cleaned and re-installed, and charged a very reasonable fee (I was out-of-network). Then, a month later, they mailed me a refund check!! They're almost worth moving to Peoria. ;-)
