I had such a wonderful experience… from the waiting area to the full cleaning experience! Very professional staff! The lady at the front desk even pronounced my name correctly from the beginning and I only said it once.

I have gone. To doctor mccone for over 30 years, and he has been wonderful. Alway I've been trying since. To get an upper plate to fit. And she wants to charge me for every time. I go in there and it hasn't been right since day one.s explains everything and always tells You What you will owe. I've been to doctor roa and he is the same way. The last few times I've been to Peoria office, I've had the new dentist, and it has been terrible. She won't tell you what it's gonna cost. She won't tell you if it's covered, you don't know anything until you get a bill. I feel like I can't trust her. This has never happened before and now they say. I am very satisfied with the work that Marcin Dental (Richard McKone) performed on my lower partial! He was persistent on achieving my satisfaction through my entire process.
