My husband needed his wisdom teeth removed and I am so glad we chose this office. As soon as you walk in to Dr. Reed's you are greeted with wonderful sweet staff who help with any questions or paperwork you may have. Dr. John's bedside manor is amazing and explained everything clearly and in ways that made sense to anyone who might not have a dental background. Very thorough with post op instructions and willing to answer any questions you could have once you get home! recommend to anyone needing any sort of oral surgery!!
First time back in the chair in years, since a situation gone wrong at another dental office. Filled to the brim with pure terror and anxiety, but Dr Reed and his staff were confident, knowledgeable and made sure to walk you through each step. I did in fact have my first night of pain free sleep in 3 years. Thank you so much Dr Reed, Sam, and possibly a second woman that I was too busy crying and hyperventilating to get a name (sorry to everyone involved LOL) 10/10 Service.
Dr. John Reed, his entire team are simply amazing and professional, they go above and beyond explaining every aspect of my son’s wisdom teeth extractions. From the moment you enter into his office you’re greeted by Sam who’s such a wonderful example of how you treat your patients. She is so knowledgeable with insurance and payments. Dr. Reed made my son’s experience wonderful. My son has healed up great , we appreciate you all so much. Thank you. 😊 🩷 I highly recommend you give them a call!
