“Today was my first day visiting this place and it’s a straight 5/5 stars for me! I have some serious trauma with the dentist’s due to an experience in my past and it makes me hesitant to go and schedule appointments. Today I was worked on by a really nice and gentle blond girl whose name I forgot (sorry) and a woman whose name I believe is Sarah. They were very gentle, calm, and explained everything. I always knew what was going on and I never felt scared or anxious. They were even able to get me in for a cleaning same day. My cleaning had to be more thorough and deep and I never felt anymore than slight discomfort. It actually kinda felt good! Love this place!“

“Dr. Micah is a blessing. My 8 year had a traumatic injury and his front tooth was broken in half and the top half was pushed into his naval cavity. One local dental group recommended extraction. I was referred to Micah for a second opinion. He saw me the same day and did a 3D xray and saw there was too much tooth and said he would absolutely not pull it as it would lead to a number of problems as my son grew up. Today, he had his final procedure with a root canal and Micah built up the other half of his tooth to an almost perfect match. At 8 years old, you can imagine the trauma he has gone through but Micah made him feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him and can't imagine where we would be if it wasn't for Micah. “I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Nord and her entire team. I came to them in my 30s with bad teeth and they completely saved my smile. Dr. Nord herself is incredible — truly caring and highly skilled. Her assistant, Taylor, is absolutely amazing and makes every visit feel comfortable, even during the most stressful appointments. Jessica at the front desk is outstanding — always kind, professional, and makes scheduling so easy. They go above and beyond for their patients. I once had 8 crowns done in a single sitting, and they blocked the entire day just for me to make sure I was taken care of. On top of that, they always get me in quickly if I have an emergency. “I was a walk in to Familiar Dental. My bridge had come out and I was beside myself. 20 minutes later I was having exrays. I know it can not be that fast all of the time, but from the office staff to the young woman assist and the dentist all were pleasant and helpful.
