I utilized Jika's cleaning for a 3000+ square ft home move in. Two women cleaned for approximately 4hrs and did a fantastic job, I will only use them in the future.
After having terrible experiences with cleaning services from other companies in the past, paying much more for incomplete jobs and 5 cleaners, I was so relieved to have such a positive experience with the ladies from Jika's. Their pricing is more than fair and communication was great.
Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cleaning service! They are perfection! I am quite persnickety and they get it done just how I like it. Jika is lightening fast in responsiveness and reasonable in fees. They are consistent and every time they do added bonuses that I don’t even ask them to do but they just know. For example, I spaced out and forgot to leave clean sheets out. They asked where some were and changed my bed! They clean floors like I’ve never seen and I have a cat AND dog. We are absolutely thrilled with Jika’s Cleaning! We hired them to clean my mom’s house, and the results were outstanding!
The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently and professionally, and left the house immaculate. Every surface sparkled — they even cleaned under the bed and behind the dresser. Not a speck of dust anywhere.
What truly set them apart, though, was their kindness. The two ladies were so warm and patient with my mom, happily listening as she shared photos of my dad and the grandkids. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.
