“Excellent experience with my doctor. First time patient and it was easy and very welcoming. I am so pleased to have found this place.

Now with several visits at the Glenview office....my one observation is the over use of co-pay billing.

1. Consultations are billed as a co-pay....tough when you are there both to be seen and interview the doctor

2. To have the doctor review her work....actually removed a mole that was not discussed and had to come back for the correct one....another co-pay was needed for their error.

3. When stitches were removed...it was done by a medical assistant and the doctor never reviewed her work...I had an issue of a new lump in my face and for me to come see the doctor so she can review...I had to pay another co-pay.

4. It seems the doctor has to split work because they are busy and numerous times are needed and each time a $60 co-pay was asked of me....in 1 month I had 6 co-pays asked of me.

Emails were not replied to when I asked why am I having to pay for a check up on their work or correct an error in their work.

Though the doctor is very nice and professional...I feel a bit financially drained on the co-pays for follow up visits due to their error and doctor haven't looked at the work she had done.

I feel $360 paid to walk in the door to give them business is a bit extreme and I feel like a milked cow.

My present doctor is leaving and I will find a smaller office or find a reputable source in Mexico City for treatments as that is my 2nd place of residence.“

“I was able to schedule just one day out. I was greeted warmly, taken into an exam room promptly, treated with respect and professionalism. Everyone was really kind. I left feeling optimistic that my issues would be resolved with the meds prescribed. The pharmacy is on site and I was given the option of filling my prescription at CVS for less! He actually researched the options for me to save money. Great experience“

I truly had the best experience not only was the service amazing but Kim was so friendly, personable and actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. “I had a surgerical procedure done by Dr. Barsky on 5/2/25. It was a rather large Lipoma that was on my head. Dr. Barsky removed it in 20 minutes. The whole visit took less than an hour, and I was a new patient. The office staff is very professional and prompt. Olena is Dr. Barsky's medical assistant, she was so helpful and caring. She answers all of your questions and does not seem bothered by them at all. This is an excellent doctor and he has surrounded himself with excellent professionals that assist him. The anxiety of walking around with a lump on my head is gone thanks to 15 minutes of Dr. Barsky's time. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has any skin or dermatology needs“

“What Dr Scheman and his team do is truly miraculous. Where many doctors turn you away simply saying, "you have eczema," they get to the root of the problem and STOP years of suffering. It's been 2.5 years since I got patch testing done and there really are no words to describe how I feel. My gratitude is boundless.I no longer even need prescription ointment, but keep it and I'm case I accidentally use something I shouldn't. I am basically rash free after years of suffering and slathering my body in allergens and touching nickel often, unknowingly.The patch tests take a bit of time to go through but it's really not bad AT ALL and it's SUCH a blip on the radar when you've gone through years of suffering.IF YOU HAVE RASHES, PLEASE GO SEE THIS MAN!!!!!!“
