“I had a visit today with Sara Lopez pa. I cannot say enough good about her. Bedside manner and knowledge was unmatched. I do not like Dr visits. I had several issues that needed attention. Sara alleviated every fear I had and she made me feel very comfortable despite my fear of being there in the first place. She epitomizes what every health care provider should be. Caring empathetic and patient focused. I'll never see anyone else I love all about her presentation. She is a hat I'd like to see in all medical offices. “Excellent experience with my doctor. First time patient and it was easy and very welcoming. I am so pleased to have found this place.

Now with several visits at the Glenview office....my one observation is the over use of co-pay billing.

1. Consultations are billed as a co-pay....tough when you are there both to be seen and interview the doctor

2. To have the doctor review her work....actually removed a mole that was not discussed and had to come back for the correct one....another co-pay was needed for their error.

3. When stitches were removed...it was done by a medical assistant and the doctor never reviewed her work...I had an issue of a new lump in my face and for me to come see the doctor so she can review...I had to pay another co-pay.

4. It seems the doctor has to split work because they are busy and numerous times are needed and each time a $60 co-pay was asked of me....in 1 month I had 6 co-pays asked of me.

Emails were not replied to when I asked why am I having to pay for a check up on their work or correct an error in their work.

Though the doctor is very nice and professional...I feel a bit financially drained on the co-pays for follow up visits due to their error and doctor haven't looked at the work she had done.

I feel $360 paid to walk in the door to give them business is a bit extreme and I feel like a milked cow.

My present doctor is leaving and I will find a smaller office or find a reputable source in Mexico City for treatments as that is my 2nd place of residence.“

From reception to the health team, they’re all really nice. Sorry other people haven’t had as great of an experience. I will say I do prefer the glencoe location over the Lincolnshire (not just due to location) but also the office seems nicer : newer .“

I truly had the best experience not only was the service amazing but Kim was so friendly, personable and actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. She taught me all about the products she was using and why they were beneficial to me specifically, she was very meticulous and took her time - I didn’t feel rushed and she honestly just cared about the client and her work that she was sending out into the world for others to see. She even went outside of the service being provided and helped answer some questions about skin/acne problems I wanted to address and provided recommendations for specific products/treatments to address those concerns. “What Dr Scheman and his team do is truly miraculous. Where many doctors turn you away simply saying, "you have eczema," they get to the root of the problem and STOP years of suffering. It's been 2.5 years since I got patch testing done and there really are no words to describe how I feel. My gratitude is boundless.I no longer even need prescription ointment, but keep it and I'm case I accidentally use something I shouldn't. I am basically rash free after years of suffering and slathering my body in allergens and touching nickel often, unknowingly.The patch tests take a bit of time to go through but it's really not bad AT ALL and it's SUCH a blip on the radar when you've gone through years of suffering.IF YOU HAVE RASHES, PLEASE GO SEE THIS MAN!!!!!!“

“Dr. Bhatia and his staff are truly amazing! They were very thorough when explaining the procedure, after care and recovery expectations and made me feel very comfortable during the actual procedures. Dr. Bhatia and his nurses are extremely caring and genuine. I have been beyond satisfied with my experience and results and highly recommend them! I had severe cystic acne that left me with depressions in my cheeks and made me extremely self conscious when wearing makeup or being in a certain kind of light that seemed to call even more attention to my scars. As someone who has lived with acne scars for over 20 years and has tried a whole host of topical creams, fillers and even laser treatments, I was optimistic when I was referred to Dr. Bhatia by my dermatologist. When I met with Dr. Bhatia for my consultation, I could hear the confidence in his voice that I was a great candidate for subcision and filler. He explained the procedure along with the realistic expected recovery time. Additionally he laid out a plan for how to improve other skin concerns I had like my skin texture, acne flare-ups and oil production. I left hopeful that he could help make some improvements to the depressed areas on my cheeks. It is now 5 months after my subcision procedure and there aren't enough words to describe how happy I am with the results. The comments and compliments from my friends and family who've known how I've struggled with my scars make me feel even more confident about the results. In the plan Dr. Bhatia had discussed with me he felt I could improve the overall texture of my skin and start rebuilding collagen with a Mixto CO2 Fractional Laser procedure. I had that done in February and once again the procedure, recovery time and results were exactly as he described them. The great thing about the Mixto laser is that I will continue to see more improvements for the next several months. I went in recently for a check-up and some botox and decided to make an appointment to have subcision on the scars on my chin. I am looking forward to this procedure as it will finish out my journey down the acne scar recovery path, a path a year ago I never even knew existed. I feel so fortunate to have been introduced to Dr. Bhatia as he has really changed the way I look at myself and I finally feel confident in my appearance.“
