The Derm is a reputable business known for its exceptional service and compassionate care. Patients describe the staff as professional, courteous, and friendly, making them feel like the most important person. Dr. Brindise is praised for being amazing, professional, knowledgeable, and caring, the trifecta of what makes her an exceptional doctor. She is also described as great and tenacious, getting to the root of the problem. The doctor is willing to listen and takes the time to explain procedures and medication. The staff and doctors are excellent, never trying to "upsell" services and treatments, but always willing to discuss care options. Overall, The Derm provides a wonderful experience, leaving patients feeling satisfied and likely to recommend the business to others.
I had a great experience at The Derm for my cosmetic appointment. I was taken back in a timely manner, and even though I was nervous the staff put me at ease. I will definitely be returning!
I had my yearly skin check with Shannon Keizer, FNP, and had a great experience. Shannon was thorough, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. She explained everything clearly, listened to my concerns, and made the whole visit comfortable.
I’d also like to recognize Amina, who was in the room during my appointment. She was warm, welcoming, and has a natural way with patients. Shannon and Amina made a great team. I highly recommend!
Dr. Borowicz is thorough and answers all questions. She can find the smallest future trouble spot on the skin and addresses it. I waited a short time in the waiting room and was in and out in 1/2 hour including consulting and biopsy.. The medical assistant was friendly and thorough.
