I did Pilates previously but I sort of had a love hate relationship with it meaning I didn’t really like it but knew it was good for me. When I started going to Swan Dive that changed completely. I love the small class sizes (no more than 5 people) because you get individual attention which makes a big difference. They look at proper technique and if you need modifications. The instructors are excellent. Everyone is very friendly. And the studio is really nice and calming. They have 1 room for privates and 1 room for classes so you if you want 1-on-1, they offer that too!“

My posture has improved by leaps and bounds, I am virtually pain free, and have actually regained an inch of lost height! Finding Hardcore Pilates was hands-down the best thing I've ever done for my health. I know I'm treating my body to the best anti-aging regimen there is, and having a hell of a lot of fun while doing it!“
