I have been seeing Iryna throughout the years and her instruction and massages continue to be the best I have ever had. Iryna is extremely knowledgeable and you leave her sessions feeling like a million dollars! She is wonderful to talk to when you are experiencing stress. She understands the mind, body, breath connection. Your body and mind will thank you after visiting Iryna! 12/10 I would recommend her to anyone- younger or older who wants to improve themselves, get rid of pain, and have a stronger body.

I've been seeing Iryna for a few years now and can't say enough great things. I have always had trouble gaining strength without injuring myself and working with Iryna has been the first time I've made any significant progress where I wasn't sidelined by an injury. In fact, she has actually helped me through things like dealing with an old whiplash injury and side effects from a hernia surgery. She is patient with me and can always find a way to make me understand the exercises. Great Pilates Instructor! She relieves any kind of pain anytime I go, but she also challenges me and makes me so much stronger! If you want a great pilates instructor and great massage therapist please go to Irina!!!!
