Took my first full body with Robyn today. I am a total newbie to solid core and I really enjoyed the workout. Robyn was so supportive, gentle, and kind I really enjoyed her class. There were several other instructors taking the class who were also very kind to me and supportive as I learned how to utilize the board/springs properly. Some gyms feel very intimidating but I felt welcome here from the moment I walked in! I will be back and thanks to Robyn for a great first class!

My mom and friend got me to try solidcore after they had been here the day prior. We took a class with Stephen, and it was amazing! He was very helpful and gave great instructions. We left dripping in sweat and feeling great!I live in River North, so I’m going to try that one next, but I will definitely be back when staying with my mom because Stephen was that great. I've tried just about every workout under the sun, but Solidcore is the only one that has truly overhauled my total body strength. It's a mental and physical experience that keeps me coming back multiple times a week. Cannot recommend highly enough to those looking to be challenged and feel amazing inside and out. The coaches at the Buffalo Grove studio are inspirational, funny and empathetic. Love it here.
