Jianna is the best! Great experience overall. My intensive outpatient counselor is incredibly understanding, kind, and motivating. She creates a safe and comfortable environment where I feel heard and supported. She also has a great way of making sessions engaging, fun, and easy to open up in, which really helps the process. I genuinely look forward to sessions and feel like I’m making real progress because of her approach.
My experience at Rosecrance was amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the counselors, to the receptionist, and even my fellow IOP mates gave me life changing advice and filled my days with smiles. G was the best counselor I've ever had and I am convinced she was born for this job. If you walk into this program wanting change in your life you will walk out on your last day being the changed person you wanted.
