She is appreciated for her quick responses to any issues. Dr. Aleen Shah is also highlighted as an amazing doctor, known for her attentiveness and ability to address patient needs. She is regarded as one of the best in McHenry County and is highly recommended by patients. The receptionists at Mathers Clinic are described as warm and helpful, although there can be occasional off days. One patient has been with the clinic for several years, receiving temporary care for depression while awaiting higher-level care. This patient commends the clinic for their commitment to returning calls within 24 hours and having friendly therapists. Another patient has been attending the clinic for over 5 years and has found great support in Gabby, who they consider the best. However, there is sadness that the clinic is closing in June, and this patient hopes to follow Gabby to her new location. Overall, Mathers Clinic is highly recommended for its dedicated staff and commitment to providing quality healthcare, as many patients have found it to be life-saving.
This is a very professional organization. I would highly recommend there services. I have a good therapist. They are very good about scheduling, reminders, technology and payments. I have been to other therapists office and this is a top-notch organization that is a benefit to the community
Dr. Aleen Shah has been the best doctor I have ever had in relation to my mental health and just life in general. She has helped me navigate incredibly complex challenges that had once burdened me.
Most importantly, she cares about me and her patients in a way that makes me feel safe and shameless to share my struggles. Her presence and guidance in my life has and continues to help me re align my life with a new lens of healing. I can finally say I am happy again. You rock Dr. Aleen!!!
My ex wife Galen left an insane review against Dr Shah while contacting my probation officer trying to put me in jail and using legal loopholes to destroy my life my home my children and attempting to end my bupe MAT a few months after Dr shah helped get me off a 15 year methadone nightmare. I've legitimately never had a more compassionate and helpful Dr. Since starting we've gone from 36mg daily to 12. Without her help I wouldn't have been able to get my freedom and health back.
