What truly amazed me was how they set everything up in the new unit so thoughtfully that it felt like he had always lived there. Once my father was settled, they immediately began taking care of the damage in the original apartment. All of this was done within just a few hours. “Things typically go wrong on a holiday. I made a quick call to Roto-rooter when our water heater was spewing water in our basement. Azzy was quick to find that the overflow valve was shot. He had to rod out the drain near the heater before he could drain the tank and replace to bad valve. All was done in good time and he kept us informed in the process. He left the area clean. We also got an estimate for damage mitigation as the original flood left us with some wet baseboards. The staff was very helpful. Will call again when we need help!“
