111 N Oak Park Ave, Oak Park“We found Flying V Martial Arts one winter break by doing an online search, looking for a place that could help our 3 year old with focus and discipline. Though shy during her trial session, our daughter quickly warmed up to her weekly lessons. We began seeing changes with her discipline. She was motivated to get as many good weekly progress reports as she could. In class she was loud, proud, and strong. She is now 7 years old and just got her blue belt. We've done other extracurricular programs, but no coach/teacher has cared as much about her well-being and character as Master Vinson. He is always energetic and gives 110% to his students. This is a fantastic place for kids.“

6390 S Archer Ave, Chicago“When I first came to this academy, I showed up draped in another academy’s gear with the intention to just stay for a couple months and return to my old team. Many years later I’m still here and never looked back. Professor Christian and the coaches here have elevated my game and made jiu jitsu one of the biggest achievements to date. Highly recommend for anyone to come learn from the best!“

151 Ogden Ave, Westmont“If I could give BBX a million stars I could- I cannot possibly list all of the wonderful things about this place. Taking taekwondo has built so much confidence in my kids. They love coming here, and that is all attributed to Master Kim, who has created a positive environment that is both respectful and fun. He runs a tight ship and is strict, but is also so so kind and compassionate. You can tell that he loves what he does and his students. He's an incredibly positive role model and the children adore and respect him. The classes are a balance between serious work and training, and also some fun games. My kids have made so many friends- it's been a great experience. BBX is a hidden gem.“

5524 W Cal Sag Rd, Alsip“This year marks my 50th year studying Martial Arts. Throughout the entire time I have donated my services touching many lives. I have seen Black Belt factories, I have seen legitimate schools, Copy cats and "Businesses" of Martial Arts. While during my training that started in the early 1970's, my focus was on developing tomorrows leaders today. My daughter came to me for assistance in finding a program that was the best for her son building a strong solid base to achieve and be successful in all aspects of his future. Five years later, starting at 4 years old, he has been thriving not only in Taekwondo but in other sports. This Martial Art school not only developed my grandson, It has given me the opportunity to "Get on the mat" and contribute my old school Taekwondo philosophies to the new. Master Bryan Razo and his students have given their hearts to my family. Truly, "If you tried the rest, It's time for the best"! Sincerely, Master David Roth“

“My child has been a student here for about 5 years, so it's safe to say she loves it here! So do I! Not only does she receives Martial Arts instruction, but learns important life lessons as well--things like not giving up, practice makes better, and working towards then achieving your goals! Master Garcia and the other instructors are truly dedicated and gifted! I know that my child is learning values here that will serve her well as she grows up and making lifelong friendships along the way!“
“I trained with Garza Shihan for years and had to move away. I miss the warm and welcoming atmosphere. He’s so good with kids and the space is safe for women as you can tell by his many female students who have been around for years. I feel better living alone after training with him.“
“Best DOJO with the best SANSE.
My first class i could feel it in my arms and legs??.“
“Master Corona and T USA staff are very friendly. The classes are flexible and affordable. They teach real self defense for their Taekwondo and Hapkido programs.“
“(indepth review)Feeling desperate to lose weight and gain discipline, a friend of mine recommended this place. The trainers were nice enough to let me try one class for free to get a feel of things. After the class I was absolutely dead. I was tired. Exhausted. Some muscles that I didn't know I had were burning. This is a good thing. I haven't felt like this for years. Immediately I signed up for 2 years. It is difficult, yes. You will be exhausted. You will be taken out of your comfort zone. You will work muscles that you didn't think existed but I guarantee that you will feel alive and will come back for more. When you sign up you will be given two uniform shirts and a pair of boxing gloves for free. Think of this place like a streaming service. You pay a subscription and you get access to a bunch of movies and tv shows (in this case classes). You can do Boxing, kickboxing, etc etc. There are more advanced classes that you need to be approved to attend. These will have a red font. A blue font is for kids. A black font is for teens and adults.Class may go something like this:The first 10ish minutes is jogging, stretches, push ups, etc.You get a 1 minute transition period to drink some water (BRING WATER) and your gloves. You'll train, usually in pairs. This means you actually have to go up to someone and ask "Hey want to be partners?" Then after class you may do some stretches and then the fun is over.I can really feel like I am progressing and getting stronger. I have more confidence and self control. So is it worth it? Absolutely. Will it push you to your limits? Yes.edit: I still come here. Best decision I've ever made in my life. I am much more flexible than before.“

She really enjoyed her experience and looks forward to future tournaments.“
