“I worked with Theisen Roofing summer of ‘26 to reroute some gutters behind my house to accommodate a new patio. Jenna was my main point of contact and was excellent to coordinate with. She came out and walked my property to determine exactly what my needs were. She prepared two different quotes that allowed me to reach my desired goal with either new materials or repurposing what I already had on my house. It never felt like I was being sold anything, Jenna just genuinely wanted me to be happy once the job was done.
Once the team came out, they did all the work with an attention to detail that I greatly appreciated. The new gutters look great and work just like they’re supposed to. They also rerouted a few downspouts off of my roof and into lower gutters—something the builders should have done to begin with. They even added an extra bend on a downspout to keep it from eroding my yard—one that they weren’t even out to fix. They used padding on their ladders so there was no marks on the new patio and left everything in better shape than when they found it. They offer free haul-away for old gutters, but were happy to leave my “old” gutters for me. Now I have everything I need to make repairs if anything ever gets damaged.
