“I had Soots n Ladders clean my chimney, repair a hole that developed in the refractory panel in my fireplace and replace the gas starter.
They were prompt in getting back to me after calling for service, where upfront with all pricing and great in keeping me informed on when they were coming out.
Frank was great doing the service. He made sure to check all the components on the fireplace and chimney, knew exactly what needed to be done, and repaired everything. He also gave me follow up instructions on breaking in the new panel.
Frank is a very personable person and I was happy to have him in my home. I will definitely be using them in the future.”
