My wife and I recently had our furnace breakdown on us right as the weather started to turn bitter cold. Unfortunately, the part we needed to get it back up and running was no longer in production so we had no choice but to start getting quotes for a new system. Engel offered us the best price on a high quality and reputable brand furnace than any another other business in our area. The services techs were very professional and knowledgeable. We really felt like a priority to them and will defiantly continue to use them for all of our heating and cooling needs.I highly recommend this business.Service: Heating system installation

Had some AC troubles in the heat of the summer a few months ago. Called Tiger to come out and look at it(huge mistake). They tried pushing us into an entire new system for $25K, and if we just wanted to repair that it would be $2,800 with a long list of issues. So we called Engel. Shaun, who was very professional and knowledgeable came out and knew exactly what the problem was within 10 minutes and had us back up and running in less than an hour for less than $200. You can tell this company is not out to empty your pockets and want to take care of the customer. I will be a repeat customer for sure(but hopefully not for a while)!Services: Cleaning
