I would highly recommend Viviano Heating & AC. I purchased the Cadillac of residential heat pumps in the Trane XL15 in 2023. To complete the setup, Viviano also installed a new air handler. The sales piece was simple and made easy. One visit to the to our house to see the current set-up and tossed around ideas how to make it better and more efficient. Installation went smooth and I was up and running in 24-48 hours. I did experience multiple problems with the air handler. After several visits by Viviano technicians without resolution, the owner Don came to diagnose the problem. Another 6 month maintenance check on our HVAC and we are good to go! We love our system and the great care we receive from Viviano Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc!
