I was in Braceville IL. So the exgf absolutely trashed my house. I left for a few months and allowed her to stay there until she could move. Huge mess from her 3 dogs and 4 cats, garbage covering the whole floor throughout the entire house, carpet thoroughly trashed and holes in the walls. It was disgusting. I do side work as a mover, I've seen hoarder houses, abandoned properties, and all other kinds of disasters. The type of work I needed done in the house is exactly what I've been doing since I was 16 but i just couldn't get myself to do it. It's a different feeling when it's your own stuff.

I needed it cleaned out so I could sell the house and a Google search led me to these guys. Katie came over to give me an estimate on carpets and labor for the cleanout. I didn't know how to articulate what needed done in the house because I was so overwhelmed with the whole situation. Katie walked me through the rooms, told me everything they could do in each room and I said yes/no on each task. That made it super easy for me.
Due to the huge mess it was difficult to get an accurate estimate so we decided to just go with an hourly rate. A lot of people won't trust a contractor if they bill hourly and I can tell you these guys didn't overcharge me or anything shady like that. I do the same type of work so I kinda knew how long the job would take with 4 workers and these guys finished a day earlier than I expected. Job went great, the guys were all cool and work like machines and the carpets were saved! Funny enough, I also cleaned carpets for several years. I thought the carpets were beyond repair but they came out looking great considering the condition they were in.

These guys helped me out so much. Sorting out stuff as keep/trash, small repairs to walls, cleaning all the drawers, kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, and the animal waste throughout the house would have taken me weeks and they got it done in 3 days. I'm very happy the first business I called didn't pick up the phone. If you need your house cleaned out or prepped for a sale this should be your first call!“
