There are so many options for skin care, I just let her look at my skin and let her work her magic. I haven’t been disappointed at all with any aspect of this spa or the people I have encountered. And like other spas, they don’t push product on you. They will make suggestions, but there is never any pressure.“

It really made the on-boarding experience feel so seamless! All 3 employees I interacted with were spectacular. They were so kind and knowledgeable. Shannon performed the Botox, and she was outstanding. She provided me information on the procedure, some studies on what may have happened with my poor experiences in the past, and made me feel very at ease with the new method she was recommending. “I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough.
