This place is always clean and efficient. Nereyda is the best. She creates a comfortable atmosphere while working and she’s very professional. I’ll definitely be returning in a few weeks!

Courtney did an amazing job and made me feel super comfortable! I loved the location too it was my first time there! I didn’t catch their names, but the women at the front desk were very friendly and super helpful! I will definitely be back again!!

I have been to the European Wax Center in Willowbrook a few times now and every time has been wonderful. I love coming in and seeing Adrian at the front desk and having a little chat before my appointment with Lindsey (who i see every time because shes my favorite). My appointments are always quick and easy I get a brazillian and underarms and I never have any pain plus im done super quick like less than 15 minutes and everyone is so sweet and the environment is very clean and welcoming. I love this European Wax Center and everyone I've met that works here, 10/10 service!
