My wife and I have been very satisfied clients of Zazu for over eight years. From massages to manicures/pedicures, to cut and color, each individual we have dealt with met, and in many cases, exceeded our expectations. Additionally, clerical staff carry themselves in a friendly professional manner. From the moment I stepped foot inside Zazu, I felt well taken care of. I was welcomed with smiling faces at the front desk, eager to help. The waiting room was gorgeous with calming music and refreshments (see photo). I got a wax from Isabella and she was absolutely amazing. Skilled at her job, easy to talk to, extremely professional! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back for more services

I came to Zazu after my cereologist, Candice, left a spa near my house. I thought I could find a new person nearer to me, as she moved to Hinsdale and I'm in Elmhurst but I was so, so wrong.I tried three different places for my bikini waxing and they ranged from not great, to patchy to they hurt me so badly I was sweating and crying. After the last person made me bleed and nearly jump off the table because she hurt me so badly I sat in the car immediately after the appointment and made called Zazu to see Candice again.Listen, I know getting your pubes ripped out is never going to be a pleasant experience, but Candice gets it as close to great as can be.
