“This service from Hawthorne is so over the top I had to post a review. They offer free pickup and delivery which is awesome. We have to get clothes turned around quickly because of a job where my husband travels. Always accommodate the quick turnarounds with a smile. A few weeks ago, my husband forgot to pick up a suit he needed for the next day and they were closed. She replied immediately after reaching out and worked with us to find a good time. I was in town for a wedding and the owner worked with me to get my dresses ready in time (24 hours after drop-off).I included a photo of the owner adding extra plastic to the bottom of my very long dress. It was raining and I was worried about it getting dirty. He was happy to fix all of my concerns from start to finish.“
“I was happy with the dry cleaning and the careful way they hang the clothes however I had a suit jacket with wrinkles remaining on the front. The ladies are very nice and they have lots of work so I said nothing. My guess is that this probably doesn't happen often. I had many items dry cleaned and had issues with only one garment. I'll be back there for sure.“

The zipper was from under the arm to the top of the hip on this dress (a lot of work), and Gloria gave me a reasonable price. The work is great, too.
