I was pleased with the service. I was in town for a wedding and the owner worked with me to get my dresses ready in time (24 hours after drop-off).I included a photo of the owner adding extra plastic to the bottom of my very long dress. It was raining and I was worried about it getting dirty. He was happy to fix all of my concerns from start to finish.
