I had my worst experience on this place the two girls working there are rude and unprofessional, the older lady there got mad because I wouldn’t buy a pair of expensive frame glasses, also they gave me attitude when asking questions and not to mention they try to steal your money by giving you higher prices it’s ridiculous. The Doctor was cool though, not sure if he knows what’s going on with his workers but definitely needs to check them out.

Workers are so rude and make up their own prices. I got quoted one price when i scheduled the exam. Then when i went in for my appointment they gave me a new price that was double than what i was told. They’re so unprofessional and such a waste of time just save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else with a actual professional.

Even though my order is ready. Im waiting over 30min sometimes to pickup an order.
It takes 1min to cashout an order. Waiting this long is not reasonable in comparison to completting a whole appointment from start to finish. You can step away for a min to grab an order. Then they said the system was down. The phones were constantly ringing and never answered..just to casual with service. They need more people
