I definitely don’t understand the bad reviews because I was here a few days ago & everybody was very professional & kind. From the front desk, to tech, to the doctor - everyone was super friendly and informative. All of the employees there are very kind and welcoming! The appointment was quick but thorough. It’s pretty hard finding a place that takes Medicaid for eye exams, but they made the appointment process simple. So excited for my glasses to come in!
Rather go to American eyeglass place and pay way more than ever coming to this unprofessional place. I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I recently got my glasses from this location and only paid $20 out of pocket because of my insurance. The glasses were slightly bent on one of the arms—not broken—and I called ahead specifically to ask if they could adjust them. I was told I could come in and have them adjusted.

I just went in today to ask a question, and the receptionist looked at me as if I were begging for handouts—she was completely sour-faced and incredibly rude. I’d rather go somewhere else.
