I just went in today to ask a question, and the receptionist looked at me as if I were begging for handouts—she was completely sour-faced and incredibly rude. I’d rather go somewhere else.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I initially chose this place because it is close to my job, but the service I received was not professional.

I called ahead to confirm that my insurance was in-network, and my insurance company verified that it was. However, when I arrived, staff told me they do not accept my insurance. This inconsistency was frustrating and confusing.

they literally never measure the glasses frames to fit you, so rancid, why give out appointments if you wont attend patients on time… so UNSERIOUS (pinche fee fi fo fum receptionist… somebody get her a makeup artist 😭😭)
