When I first came here, my experience was okay. I came because I really needed contact lenses, and the location is close to my job. However, they do take a long time to see patients.

A few days later, I called to confirm whether my insurance was in-network. My insurance company verified that it was. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was very unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. When I asked my questions, she said she was busy and needed to take care of other customers. I understand being busy, but I am also a customer.

Horrible place of Business!! Very unprofessional.
I was attacked by two Hispanic females who were staff here after being 1 week out of a serious abdomen surgery and had a scheduled vision appointment. I could have stayed in bed . Horrible experience!! I wouldn't suggest any one of color come here for service . This place sucks !!!!

Very rude and unprofessional I’m constantly receiving contacts that had no solution or they are torn! Super irritated and upset and they’re always saying it’s nothing they can do glad I’ll be receiving laser eye eye surgery soon I’m done dealing with this BS!
