I travel to Chicago frequently for work and occasionally need a local cleaner. I’ve used West Loop twice now. Once for a dress shirt that needed dry cleaning due to a spill and the second time for quick laundry service when I was unexpectedly stuck over the weekend. A one week trip turned into a 2 week trip. Both times they have been great to work with; honest and conscientious about what they would be able to do. I wish I had them in my hometown!

They did a great job altering several pairs of pants that I dropped off! I’m 5’1 and had all of my wide-legged trousers cropped to ankle length. Happy with the results and would recommend!

Awesome service! Very friendly and they give you their honest opinion - which I appreciate.

I had a satin wedding dress that was baptized in champagne (accidentally by my best friend) (lol), it was taken around the city for a photo shoot, danced in, and had a couple car grease stains on it from an antique car ride.
Needless to say, this dress was used to the max.
This dress hung around for an entire year, unwashed (Embarrassed to say).

Most stains were virtually gone! (Gray street stains, champagne). The car grease was visibly faded! It was incredible. They are not noticeable at all.
