Frank was phenomenal helping me adjust the alignment of my glasses. I’d brought in two pairs which I thought were unsalvageable (too loose, crooked) and he fixed them no problem and was super nice about it. I didn’t realize it would be free - would highly recommended.
Had a great experience. Came in just for prescription sunglasses and Daniela was super friendly and helpful walking me through the options and answering all my questions. She even got me into an eye exam while I was there, took my measurements, and ordered my glasses to the store. Whole process was smooth and took under an hour
