I would give the location and Dr. Gonsalves 5 stars. I felt misled by the pricing practices described below. Optometrist - 5 stars to Dr. Gonsalves. She was on time, knew her stuff and had thoughtful answers to all of my (many) questions based on research, was kind. Highly recommend. Up-front communication re: pricing - 1 star. I intended to use my insurance (eyemed) to get prescription for contacts and glasses. After I had already gone through the exam process I was informed I could only get prescription for contacts OR glasses. If I wanted glasses prescription I'd have to pay extra. Also, if I wanted contacts I had to pay $85 for the trial contacts and follow up appointment....read full review

love the space and how helpful everyone is!! All tests were explained to me, suggestions for my dry eyes were given. Everything was made super simple. I was seen as soon as I arrived, didn't have to wait. At the end of my exam I was able to leave with all my information about next steps and again everyone was just great

Outstanding exam protocols, very complete and thoroughly explained. Dr and staff were very welcoming and showed real concern for my needs. I admit I was shocked by the price of individual lenses, but service and selection were exceptional.
