I had a great experience here. I came in because my glasses were sitting unevenly due to a slight difference in ear height, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to adjust the frame carefully so that it now sits level and feels much more comfortable. The whole process was quick, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I really appreciated how patient and thoughtful they were. Highly recommend!
I just returned home after my appointment at Rosin Eyecare. I hadn’t been to an appointment since the pandemic and what compounded my hesitation was a terrible experience at a competitor Tropical Optical.
I was initially impressed by the ease of getting an appointment. This extended to calling to insure my insurance was honored.
But the best part was the appointment. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The next step was Stacia who could not have been any more attentive and friendly. Dr. Ross is an incredible optometrist. He’s kind and thorough, exactly what I wanted from my provider. Mr. Harold and Ms. Kiana were incredibly kind and helpful when picking glasses, fitting my contacts, and fixing some glasses that were bent out of shape. I will keep coming back as long as they’re here!!
