Horrible, horrible, horrible
I took my mom for an exam and it was almost 3 and half hours. Then a month later never received glasses and no paperwork of eye exam. This place is horrible

I want to address an issue that occurred during my appointment today. I arrived on time, checked in, and waited quietly for my turn. Despite this, I was skipped and another patient who arrived after me was taken first without any explanation.

This was unprofessional and dismissive behavior by Dr. Stephanie. I expect to be treated in the order I arrive unless there is a clear medical reason communicated to me. I am requesting that this concern be acknowledged and that steps are taken to ensure this does not happen again.
