Urban Eye Care is hands down the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Milsap is truly exceptional—kind, caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, takes the time to thoroughly answer all questions, and even follows up to make sure everything is working as it should.

The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional, and appointments are consistently prompt with little to no waiting. I honestly don’t ever want to go anywhere else for eye care.

Fantastic optometrist and optician under one roof. When’s the last time that’s happened? Amazing doctor, explains everything clearly. The optician, Chuck, tirelessly helped me find colors and styles I didn’t even know I liked and then squeezed out the best deal possible for me. I think they are very affordable, appropriate for the neighborhood and an excellent selection of high quality hardware with trending styles.

Wow! What a great experience I had here. It had been a few years since I had an exam and Dr. Millsap was so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable in getting me the right prescription. Shout out to Cynthia for helping me pick out frames too! She is so talented and knows what to look for when matching you with a frame. It only took them about an hour and I walked out the door with a new pair of glasses. Awesome practice overall, I can’t recommend enough!
