I’ve never had such a wonderful experience with customer service at a nail shop! I was turned away from a nearby place just before they closed in 30 minutes, but when I called Tres Bien, they were thrilled to have me. They welcomed me warmly, even though they were closing in 30 minutes, gave me a charger for my phone, and took such great care of me. I got a manicure in the suburbs today, the polish on my right hand index finger chipped within just a couple of hours! I happened to be on Armitage and called Tres Bien Nails, they fit me in for a fix within 30 minutes of me calling and then didn’t even charge me for the fix!! Amazing nail salon, will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Emily is so meticulous and always gives me a great mani/pedi! I also HIGHLY recommend getting her chair massage; it is one of the best massages in the city, seriously. I’m in Logan Square and it’s worth the trek!
