I had an appointment Friday (18th) for a dip manicure and a spa pedicure. By Sunday one nail had chipped. I call Monday to see if they will fix it. I explain over the phone and they tell me to come in at 6:30. I do which is crazy out of my way on a Monday afternoon. I get there to be told oh we can’t help you today, the dip tech isn’t here today. And I’m laughed at. But I called and made an appointment I plead and instead they flip to basically make fun of me that it’s already chipped. Never ever again. By Tuesday, another mail has chipped. Decent nail salon in Lincoln Park. Personally I just get pedicures so I can’t attest to the rest of their services but they do just fine. Nothing special- just your typical nail salon

I have been to this salon many times in the past and have had good experiences. It seems clean, and they have a good selection of polishes.This week however, the technician was really rude. She didn't speak to me at all, didn't look at me when I gave her a 20% tip, nor acknowledge me when I said thank you at the end of my service. She was so rough with my cuticles that several of my nailbeds were bleeding.
