My ring has been a half size too big since I got engaged almost five months ago and I was scared to bring it somewhere to get resized because everyone gave me crazy prices and week long estimates, however, Tito's Jewelry was different. They were able to resize my ring and fix my loose prongs in under 30 minutes, and kept checking in with me during the process. They were so incredibly welcoming and exceeded my expectations. Milton was beyond helpful and very patient with me. I plan to return to Tito's Jewelry for all my jewelry repair needs and love how close to home it is!

I would definitely buy from Tito’s jewelry again. They are so professional and have good customer service skill. Fernando is so creative with the name plates. It was difficult for me to choose the best drawing. The prices are reasonable compare to other stores.
