I went to buy a watch with them and they had the best prices out of other places I’ve been to. But I bought the watch in December as a Christmas gift and the sign said “No returns only exchanges within 30 days.” The woman helping me told me there’s only 15 days for exchanges because of the holiday season…. How does that make any sense? Wouldn’t you extend your exchange policy, especially since there are no returns?
