Come here with an open mind and put all political views aside. Having visited high-end spas in Dubai, London, Switzerland, and the South of France, I can say this is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had globally. As a returning guest, I was so impressed that the spa attendants still remembered my name—that level of personalized recognition is rare and truly exceptional.

A dear friend had offered to pay for me to have a massage at the Trump Tower in Chicago. I was expecting to feel a little uncomfortable there, thinking only rich people would frequent the place and be dressed formally. However, I was welcomed warmly by friendly staff who saw to my every need, as if I were part of the family. The spa receptionist walked with me to show me where the restrooms were and explained where I would meet my masseur. He also explained to my friends (who had brought me there for the treat) where and when to meet me after the massage. From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly relaxed. The atmosphere was calming, clean, and beautifully set up to promote peace and healing. My massage therapist Mirela was incredibly skilled, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Every knot and area of tension melted away, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed.
What stood out the most was the therapist’s intuitive touch and ability to tailor the massage to exactly what my body needed. I appreciated the professionalism, the calming music, the quality oils used, and the little thoughtful touches that made it an exceptional experience.
