The services and staff of the spa itself were pretty good. (Besides one of us getting some gnarly bruising from the deep tissue massage.) This isn’t really a reflection on them at all.
I booked a spa day for two with services in the morning and afternoon, with poolside lunch in between. This wasn’t the place to do that, at all.
ALL of the spa amenities are open to hotel guest, including children. The pool and hot tub will be loud and full of kids. I just had the best manicure and pedicure in Chicago at the Four Seasons Spa and Salon. I am traveling here on business and was looking to spend some down time to relax and get pampered a bit. I had a fantastic pedicure, and a gel manicure. Brigita was just lovely, she is so super friendly, personable, and I enjoyed every minute with her - and she did an absolutely wonderful job on my mani and pedi. I am so relaxed, enjoyed a glass of champagne while there, and highly recommend this spot if you are looking for relaxing experience and great service. Thank you Brigita.
