My husband and I have been members at Equinox Gold Coast for a few months now and have had a great experience. The facility is spotless, the amenities are top notch, and the atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating.
We’ve been working with personal trainer Connor, and he has been fantastic. Knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your goals. Highly recommend!
Been coming here for a year and this is what I can say:
-Great cense of community. All of the workers are very nice and are happy to answer any questions or spot you if you need. All of them are kind and very professional and knowledgeable.
Btw, thanks to the coach Jack Z for all the help he always offers me and help me improve with his knowledge and professionalism.
-The cleanest GYM I’ve ever been, and I’ve been to many.
-The equipment always on point, only twice I’ve seen equipment broken and have always been fixed in 24-48 hours. Nothing here is falling apart.

I just recently joined so I don't have too much to say about the gym itself quite yet. But I did want to share my awesome experience with Aaliyah and Austin. They were both very helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns when I was on the fence about signing up. They were accommodating and super kind throughout the process. 10/10 customer service!
