Neela did the best job for my 60 min massage! I loved it! She was so attentive , detail oriented. Even gave me a glass of champagne after since it was my birthday. Facility was so clean, calm, & just what I needed! Love! Can’t wait to come back & im still here while writing this review! 😛
I’ve had many massages in Chicago, but the atmosphere at The Peninsula Spa truly stands out as something exceptional. You deserve to experience a dreamy hour under the skilled hands of Veronica.

I had the most wonderful facial at The Peninsula Chicago—even while the spa was undergoing renovations! The experience was nothing short of luxurious. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive.
Despite the construction, every detail was thoughtfully handled to ensure a serene and relaxing visit. The facial itself was heavenly—my skin felt refreshed, radiant, and truly pampered. You would never know there were renovations happening behind the scenes.
