Anna surpassed my expectations with her exceptional skills, knowledge, and ability to keep me calm and entertained during the treatments. To begin, entering the office feels so welcoming and inviting. The staff was really attentive and so sweet. I was seen right on time which was huge because I was in a bind for time. This was mentally a huge step for me as I’ve reached a point I had to intervene my weight gain after having two kids. The whole process was so sensitive to my needs and felt a little like a therapy session in the best way possible. Lauren helped me every step of the way and she was a dream! I had my second treatment of the secret rf package. Let me start off by saying Randy is the best nurse in the world! From start to finish, she went above and beyond herself with care for me. I started seeing results after my first treatment, which is something unexpected as secret rf patients usually don't see much improvement until after the second.
