John at KTS is awesome - twice he was able to make it out to my place on short notice (including on the 4th of July), able to troubleshoot my HVAC issues, and find a wire short caused by roofers that fired and fried the low voltage line on the roof. He’s amazing and a legitimately good guy.

I cannot recommend KTS Heating and Cooling enough! They completely replaced the commercial HVAC system at our 1,800-square-foot dog training facility here in Chicago, and they did an incredible job. Managing a facility with lots of animals means temperature control and ventilation are everything, and KTS absolutely delivered.
